CREATING CHANGE.

DISRUPTING THE MODEL.
BIOGRAPHY

With over a decade of experience within Family Offices, Felicia has spent the lion’s share of her career exclusively representing the Principal’s interest. A large portion of her tenure was spent within one of the largest global single family offices as Head of Operations for the management of their privately owned Marine, Aviation and Real Estate assets. During her tenure there Felicia studied Superyacht Operations with the University of Portsmouth and began to gradually revoke control of the Principal’s yacht from third party management.

Subsequently the family commissioned a much larger superyacht and the role developed into that of Owner’s Representative throughout the project.  Felicia then managed the consequent formation of an in-house operational management  platform for the running of the asset.  Oversight of the funding, crew selection, ownership structuring, tax planning and day to day operational management was pivotal to its successful set up.

In 2016 she was headhunted by a Russian Principal looking to move his life to the UK, with a requirement for an Operations Director to oversee the completion of a 75m German built explorer yacht as well as a sizeable Grade I listed residential development in Central London.

After a number of years working in-house Felicia recognized the value for having an independent, impartial player in the market and was moved to set up Superyacht Advisory Ltd.  This followed discussions with a number of Family Offices about their desire to move control of their assets in-house or appoint a key consultant to manage these relationships on their behalf.

Today she manages a handful of key clients on a retained basis and consults primarily on superyacht acquisition and new construction projects as well the management of other privately owned assets.
